My Plum Day

According to Chinese solar term, yesterday was the beginning of spring. Bottled some plum wine--after having been stored for seven years, it showed a beautiful amber color. I took advantage of the used plums as well, and made a gorgeous jar of plum/shallot sauce which was perfect to go with bread and noodles.
I love to invent new recipes, the simpler and cleaner the better ✊.
