Chrysanthemum Hotpot

Last early winter, I planted a baby edible chrysanthemum because I wanted to create a chrysanthemum hotpot of my version.
Finally days ago it started to bloom, time for me to take my idea into action.
Filet a stripe bass, use its meat to make fishballs; the fish head, bones, as well as skin are for the hotpot's base broth.
One year's wait plus one day's effort, at last I get one of my best dishes, which even beyonds my expectation.
