Crouching dragon, spring dawn Chrysanthemum

Planted a little spider chrysanthemum yesterday amongst my gladiolus. It has a very fancy Chinese name: Panlong Chunxiao--Crouching dragon, spring dawn 😂, an award winner cultivar.

To celebrate its joining in my garden, I designed an embroidery of it for my new season's clothes line (https://www.lotusandmichael.com/), which will be available this autumn.

It says that its flower can reach as large as 30cm across, and both its leaves and flowers are aromatic. Sounds fabulous!

Hopefully it will be happy in its new home, and will get along well with gladiolus. I look forward to watch the dragon crouch.
