Spinach Noodles

It rained a whole day, so I stayed in the house and made spinach noodles as dinner.

Wash the spinach first, blanch the leafy part in boiling water, squeeze out the water from the leaves, chop the leaves up, mix them with wheat flour and a pinch of salt, make the dough, roll it into a sheet, fold the sheet and cut it in stripes.
