Snowdrop vs Beef Buns

My snowdrops seem to like celebrating Chinese New Year--Both last year and this year, they bloomed on the very New Year Eve days. Is it because I am a Chinese therefore they also follow my pace?

Nothing can be better to enjoy the festival with good food. My first beef napa buns were a great success. Today I am going to make shrimp dumplings, the traditional Chinese New Year day meal.
