The Chrysanthemum for My Hotpot

My edible chrysanthemum plant is delivered. It looks so fragile and delicate, how can I have the heart to cut off the flowers and cook them? 😅

I love to add flowers into my cuisine--Jasmine, osmanthus, rose, camellia, gardenia, lavender...Even just a touch of them, the recipe becomes special.

May this little plant grows well and fast, so I can make chrysanthemum hotpot!
