Arugula Pesto

This Spring I bought over thirty oriental lilies in five cultivars. However, due to the deadhead from deers and groundhogs, I only saw two blossoms and eventually only four plants were left. 

To settle them in a sunnier spot, I have to dig out twenty-seven arugula. So other than chilis, green tomatoes fully loaded in my baskets, now I have to consume more arugula. Salad? Pickling? I decide to make some "arugula pesto" today with my grilled duck. Actually it tastes pretty good.
