White Dew and Chopped Chilli Sauce

White dew (24solar term) has passed, no wonder why recently I could always notice that the morning dew color turned white on grasses.

Since we have harvested too many chilies, since the chilies are too spicy for us to eat, we decide to chop them up and brine them in a pickling pot.

At the end of October when I come back from Shanghai, they should be ready to eat. Please, don't be that spicy anymore😢
