Roasted Chicken Wings

My husband's roasted chicken wings have become very stabilized--Every time, his roast breaks the record which he made last time, and has never failed my expectation.

Just a little bit of thyme, orange zest, basil, orange juice, brown sugar, cumin, pepper corn, he creates a great meal. And the smell during cooking was heavenly! 

How lucky I am that I can enjoy such a simple yet umami meal all the time in my own kitchen!
