Dill Black Sesame Cookie

We loved to buy white sesame cookies from an Italian baker, which paired very well with our black Peet's coffee. Finally one day, I decided to make my own cookies, and I wanted to use black sesames instead since they were good for my hair.

Wheat flour, duck fat, egg, salt, white sugar, baking soda, and don't forget to knead chopped dill into the dough. 

I think my first batch of cookies were pretty good; and since that day, that Italian baker has lost one customer:P
