Pan Fried Celery Dumplings
I haven't eaten celery dumplings for quite a while, that's because usually I couldn't find proper fresh celery to buy. Last time when I went to the market, I noticed the celery of that day was really fresh, which inspired me to make dumplings--Hand chop the celery, mix it with minced pork, beef and lamb meat. Then add some rice wine, salt, ground pepper, chopped fresh ginger and sesame oil to create one of the most delicious dumpling filling.
